Higgsfield, the AI video and image platform, extended its Series B on October 23 with new investment from TCV and NVIDIA, according to its announcement. The release gives no amount or valuation for the extension.

Three company releases, one growth curve

In January, Higgsfield reported a $200 million annual run rate and more than 15 million users. In August it announced a $400 million Series B at a $5.4 billion valuation, led by DST Global, with $700 million in annualized revenue and more than 30 million users. The October release says annualized revenue crossed $1 billion in September and users now exceed 40 million. All of these are the company’s own figures.

What the token numbers imply

Higgsfield says it processes 12 trillion tokens across 150 million generations a month. Those two figures work out to about 80,000 tokens per generation, our arithmetic from its numbers. The release also says industry benchmarks put generative video at $30 to $150 per million equivalent tokens, against $0.15 to $0.60 for text, and it names no source for them.

NVIDIA’s Rev Lebaredian is quoted in the release saying “AI factories produce intelligence in the form of tokens and the application layer is where those tokens become useful.” Higgsfield says it runs on NVIDIA hardware from L40 and A40 GPUs through Blackwell and is expanding to Vera Rubin.

What it means for the buying committee

The company says enterprise is its fastest-growing business, up more than 100% month over month, and that revenue under contract from business customers has grown tenfold since June. It cites Ramp spend data for its market-share claim but publishes no Ramp figures.

Teams pricing a visual generation vendor can ask for tokens per generation and the contracted price per output, since the vendor’s own numbers imply a heavy compute load per asset. Vendor terms in this category can also change quickly, as in our report on the Sora API shutdown and its six-month notice. Compute suppliers are raising in parallel, as with Tenstorrent’s $1.5 billion Series E.
