The AI-powered marketing track at The MarTech Summit London covers AI agents, generative AI, decisioning, governance and content workflows. The summit opens on 10 November at Convene 155 Bishopsgate.

The organisers say governance is where most marketing teams are stuck: the tools are bought and the pilots have run. Who owns AI matters for the return, as a Wharton study found when it compared companies with a dedicated chief AI officer and those with a shared one.

The organisers list the people in the room as CMOs, CDOs, CCOs, heads of marketing, digital, CX and data and analytics, marketing transformation leaders and country managers, from retail, financial services, technology, telecommunications, travel, FMCG and healthcare. They expect more than 600 of them, and say about 85% are Director level or above.

More than 90 speakers run 33 sessions across three stages: strategic keynotes, a B2B stage and a B2C stage. The summit has a no-repeat rule for speakers, so this year’s line-up is new to the London stage. It includes Helen Bennett of Liverpool FC, Ashley Flight of JP Morgan Chase, Sesi Sijuade of Barclays and Ishaan Kaul of Reckitt.

Our first preview, The MarTech Summit London Tracks What AI Did for Marketing, covers the six agenda tracks. The full agenda lists session times by stage.
